From the Manufacturer The Hang-A-Light is a high-output temporary lighting fixture which utilizes a standard Pulse-Start 400w Metal Halide bulb. The Pulse-Start technology meets new Federal guidelines for metal halide energy efficiency and provides 20,000 operating hours and 42,000 lumens, enough to light a 50-foot area or more. Save labor time with our spring-loaded, steel safety hook which makes for fast installation. The Hang-A-Light is designed to meet NEC/OSHA requirements and is UL/cUL listed for use in damp locations. Factory-wired for 120V and can be modified for 208V, 240V or 277V.
